Isaac

Isaac

Practice Manager

Isaac grew up in the veterinary industry at his family's small animal practice in upstate New York. His upbringing exposed him to the unique and often fragile relationship that veterinarians share with their patients and clients. In order to start a career of his own, he moved to New Jersey and spent several years working for IDEXX, the largest veterinary diagnostics company in the world. He then transitioned to working for Veterinary Business Advisors as a communications and marketing consultant. Isaac started with Bergen County Veterinary Center in 2023 to reconnect with his roots. In his spare time, he enjoys watching ice hockey and being outdoors. His favorite part about working in the veterinary industry is the opportunity to go above and beyond for pet owners.

Cathy

Cathy

Lead Customer Service Representative

Cathy is an asset and dedicated lead customer service representative at BCVC, bringing over 6 years of invaluable experience to our team. With a strong academic background, Cathy holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Industrial Psychology, equipping her with a deep understanding of human behavior and organizational dynamics Growing up in a household where her parents harbored a fear of dogs, Cathy's early years were filled with a different kind of animal passion—horseback riding and showing horses. However, as soon as she gained independence, Cathy embraced her love for dogs wholeheartedly. She welcomed her first Jack Russell Terrier, marking the beginning of her journey as a devoted pet owner. Currently, Cathy shares her life with two beloved companions: Peyton, her loyal Jack Russell, and Dixie, a charming Hound Mix who brighten her days with their companionship and love. What Cathy treasures most about BCVC is the opportunity to work alongside a team of exceptional medical professionals.
