Veterinarian Wanted: Own Your Crazy with Us!

Do you believe that veterinary medicine is as much about heart as it is about skill? Do you thrive in an environment where "Own Your Crazy" means embracing what makes you authentic, unique, and unapologetically you? Do you find that the best learning happens when you See One, Do One, Teach One? And do you appreciate that “Brevity is the soul of wit”—especially in SOAP notes?

If you answered yes (or laughed in agreement), we might just be the perfect place for you!

Who We Are

At Bergen County Veterinary Center, we believe in the power of Modern Medicine and Compassionate Care—but also in the power of being yourself. Since opening in 2015, we’ve built our reputation on meaningful, lifelong relationships with pets and their owners. We don’t just care for animals; we celebrate them, and we bring that same level of compassion and dedication to our clients, our colleagues, and our community.

Here’s what sets us apart:

🐾 We Own Our Crazy – We value authenticity, individuality, and acceptance—because bringing your whole self to work makes you a better veterinarian and a better teammate. Passion, humor, and a little bit of quirkiness aren’t just welcome here—they’re celebrated.

🐾 Empathy Over Judgment – Every pet and pet parent has a story, and we meet them where they are.

🐾 See One, Do One, Teach One – We believe in mentorship at every level. We lift each other up.

🐾 Brevity is the Soul of Wit – Clear, concise communication makes us better veterinarians.

Located in Waldwick, NJ, we’ve earned the trust of countless families, many of whom have been with us for generations. We give back to our community by supporting local teams, emergency responders, and rescues like Real Dog Rescue and Caring About The Strays. And don’t just take our word for it—our Google reviews tell the story of compassionate care and a team that always goes above and beyond.
